SIAT&RD run a number of employment training courses for rural youths. The courses are designed to enable the trainees to gain a skill which they can be employed to use, as well as a holistic understanding of the need for rural development. Trainees take part in core programmes in rural development, women’s empowerment, primary healthcare and entrepreneurial development.
